188. The Legal Paige 2024 Wrapped
As 2024 comes to a close, I'm taking a moment to reflect on this incredible, exhausting and transformative year. In this episode, I’m sharing the highs and lows of the year as I wrap up Season 6 of Legally Legit® Podcast (formerly The Legal Paige® Podcast). From big business wins to some personal challenges, I’ll be talking about everything that shaped this year—what worked, what didn’t and the valuable lessons I’ve learned along the way.
2024 has been a year of growth, expansion and learning for both me and our team at The Legal Paige. I kicked off the year on maternity leave with my second child, then dove headfirst into leading multiple businesses through significant milestones. But it wasn’t all smooth sailing—there were definitely moments of burnout, tough decisions and moments when I felt stretched thin balancing family and business. Even so, I’m incredibly grateful for everything this year has taught me, and I’m excited to share a glimpse of what’s to come in 2025.
Here’s what's inside:
- Big Wins and Transformative Growth: From key hires like my operations manager and marketing director to our expansion through affiliate marketing, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships that helped propel our business forward in 2024.
- Personal Milestones: A deep dive into my health journey and the renovation of our new forever home, along with the importance of carving out quality time for my family and loved ones despite the chaos of running multiple businesses.
- Unexpected Challenges: The realities of managing burnout while trying to balance business growth and parenting two young children, plus the stresses that came with moving houses and maintaining a sense of stability.
- 2025 Predictions: My thoughts on the shifts in legal trends, marketing strategies, and the role of AI in small businesses, along with how identity marketing will change the way we connect with and serve our customers.
